Are you an organised automotive professional who thrives on managing the detail while keeping customers informed every step of the way?

I'm looking for a proactive Fleet Sales Coordinator to join a growing team, supporting the delivery of light commercial vehicles from order through to handover. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with motor industry experience who is ready to take on a more autonomous role with genuine opportunities for progression.

Working closely with the Fleet Managers, you'll play a key role in ensuring vehicles are delivered efficiently, customer expectations are exceeded, and manufacturer standards are maintained.

📋 Duties will include:

Supporting Fleet Managers with the day-to-day management of vehicle orders
Taking ownership of the sales process from order placement through to vehicle delivery
Maintaining accurate and compliant customer and vehicle records
Managing relationships with external suppliers
Monitoring vehicle progress and coordinating updates throughout the build and delivery process
Supporting CRM and internal systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
Supporting the wider team during busy periods to ensure a seamless customer experience
Helping the business achieve performance targets and manufacturer standards☑️ What do you need:

Previous motor industry experience, ideally within van sales, fleet, commercial vehicles or vehicle administration
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach
Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and solve problemsInterested or know someone who could be?
