About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Flexi Line Days Production Operator to join our production team at Diversey, Cotes Park. The role is key to supporting our manufacturing operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of hygiene and cleaning products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production line equipment in line with safety and quality standards.
• Carry out changeovers, start-up, and shut-down procedures on machinery.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and complete required documentation.
• Identify and escalate issues with equipment, processes, or materials.
• Work flexibly across different production lines as required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment (5S standards).
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and health & safety requirements.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (desirable but not essential).
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work to targets.
• Strong awareness of health & safety requirements.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to be flexible and work across different production lines.
• A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
