Flexible babysitter/part time nanny needed for freelance family with 2 children

I am looking for someone to help with my 10 month old baby sometimes in the day, babysitting him and my other 7 year old son sometimes in the evenings and sometimes both me and my husband have to travel for work and we will need help with both kids during the day, possibly over night. The older boy goes to school so when it’s fulls days you would need to pick him up (5min walk from our house) and make dinner etc. Sometimes we also travel for work with the kids and need a helping hand so also looking for someone who would be up for short trips once in a while. Basically looking someone who is not looking for a full time position but that can be quite flexible with scheduling as our schedule changes quite frequently. We previously had a great nanny who was studying, but that has now moved. We also have a small old dog that doesn’t require much, but she might need to be let out in the day for a potty break.
