Flight software engineer

Senior Embedded Flight Software Engineer Our client are an expanding Space business based in Scottland, and they are looking for a Senior Embedded Flight Software Engineer to work across some exciting new Flight Software Developments.

This will initially be a 6-month contract position.

Responsibilities will include: Reviewing requirements and design documents.

Working directly with System Engineers, Test and Integration teams to ensure the product is being adequately design, implemented and tested.

Work directly with their customer to ensure features and changes are captured The ideal candidate will have a mix of: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.

7+ years Software Development.

Extensive background in C++.

Strong background using RTOS – Vx Works would be Desirable! Experience with deploying software to embedded targets.
