We are currently recruiting for a Floating Branch Manager to support our branch network, providing leadership, coaching and operational expertise across multiple locations. The Role

As a Floating Branch Manager, you will provide hands-on leadership and support across our branch network, ensuring consistent delivery of business objectives, operational excellence and regulatory compliance. You will play a key role in developing branch teams, maintaining high performance standards and delivering exceptional customer service wherever support is required.

You will be responsible for achieving branch performance targets, driving sales and profitability, managing delinquency and expenses, and ensuring adherence to company policies and FCA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support branches in achieving business plan objectives.

* Drive sales performance, profitability and operational efficiency.

* Coach, develop and motivate branch teams to achieve their full potential.

* Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered.

* Manage all aspects of branch operations, including lending, collections and compliance activities.

* Support quality improvement initiatives and continuous development programmes.

* Ensure regulatory compliance with company policies, FCA requirements and other relevant regulations.

* Assist with recruitment, training and performance management of branch employees.

* Maintain accurate branch records, reporting and administration.

* Promote a positive company image within local communities and amongst customers.

* Provide branch cover and leadership support as required across multiple locations.

About You

You'll ideally have:

* Previous management experience within financial services.

* Strong leadership and people management skills.

* Excellent communication and coaching abilities.

* A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering positive outcomes.

* Experience managing performance and achieving targets.

* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

* The flexibility to travel across branches as required.
