Floating Auto Centre Manager required in Nottingham area

I’m working with a well-established, family-run auto centre in Nottingham that’s looking for a Floating Centre Manager to assist with their business needs. They have several sites in the Nottinghamshire area with plans to expand rapidly into the next counties.

As such, they need a floating manager, who is able to visit various sites on a mobile basis. This Centre Manager role also comes with the potential to take over one of the new sites once they open.

This is a great opportunity to work with one of the most successful independent auto-groups in the Nottinghamshire area.

What’s on offer:

• Basic Salary: £37,500 + Bonuses
• OTE: Up to £48,000
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30
• Alternate Saturday Morning Only
• No Sundays or Bank Holidays

Centre Manager Role Overview:

• Oversee workshop operations and daily technician workload
• Lead both workshop and front-of-house teams
• Manage parts ordering, job authorisations, and H&S compliance
• Maintain customer service standards and drive team performance

Ideal Centre Manager:

• Workshop leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Hands-on, customer-focused, and confident managing daily ops
