Floating Lettings Manager – Surrey Area

?? Basic £28,000–£29,000 | ?? OTE £45,000–£50,000 | ?? £3,500 Car Allowance or Company Car

Join a high-performing estate agency group as a Floating Lettings Manager, supporting multiple branches across the Surrey area. This is a dynamic role offering strong career progression, great incentives, and the chance to lead from the front.

Uncapped commission & guaranteed earnings for a set period

What you’ll do:

Step into Lettings Manager roles as needed (holiday/sickness cover)
Drive branch performance and motivate teams
Generate new business and support landlords & tenants
Deliver expert advice and stay ahead of market trends
