Job Title: Floating Support Administrator

Location: 6 sites across Warrington, all within close proximity (WA1 & WA2)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week – Monday – Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm

Employer: North Cheshire and Mersey FT (was Bridgewater)

Role type: Temporary for 3 months with possibility of becoming permanent

Role details:

Providing admin support across 6 potential sites. The 2 main locations are Bath Street and Jubilee Way. Rota provided for support location 1 week in advance.

Duties to include:

* Provide administrative and clerical support to the community clinics and associated health professionals;

* To provide a customer focused service to the users of the clinics;

* Provide relief cover at other locations as requested

* To act as first point of contact for all client enquiries, responding to telephone and face to face enquiries in an efficient, tactful and professional manner, redirecting calls, taking action as appropriate.

* Liaising with internal services and partner agencies when necessary, as directed.

* To carry out general reception duties where required maintaining a neat and tidy reception environment;

This role may require you to show evidence of vocational level 3 qualification or at least 2 years relevant experience.

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

* Ability to plan and organise work to meet deadlines.

* Excellent telephone manner

* Strong administration skills

* Reliable and organised paying attention to detail, with excellent interpersonal skills

* Competent with Microsoft Office programmes
