Peripatetic Support Worker
(Definition- a person that travels from place to place)
We are an innovative in house agency working across Frome & Yeovil areas, supporting individuals with a learning disability and physical disability. We are looking for dedicated team who will support people to access community facilities such has hydro, trips to the theatre, cinema, local clubs and local places of interest. Ability to drive is essential due to expectancy to travel across the area.
