A successful, innovative, multi-disciplinary consultancy, specialising in delivering projects for critical infrastructure sectors, are seeking an experienced Flood Risk Associate to join their team. Are you an established Flood Risk Associate living in the Reading area, eager to find your next opportunity? This is the perfect challenge.

The role of Flood Risk Associate will involve acting as a senior technical authority in flood risk, reviewing and signing off technical reports, and supporting a team of flood risk and drainage specialists. The role will also involve liaising with clients, supporting bids and tenders, undertaking Flood risk assessments and planning-related work, and providing site intelligence, innovative design solutions, technical advice, and project management across a range of projects.

Extensive professional experience within flood risk, drainage, or water management consultancy.
Previous knowledge in writing and reviewing Flood Risk Assessments, drainage strategies and technical reports.
A qualified degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Management, or something in relation
Great communication and management skills
Knowledge of relevant flood risk and drainage modelling/design software
Live in or near to Reading
A full UK driving license
The full right to work in the UK
