We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations.

Gilmartins are looking to recruit an experienced

Vinyl Floor Layer

(wet rooms - cap & cove, vinyl floor repairs and laying full rooms)

with Carpentry

skills. The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.

The job requires work and travel across the

North London

area (Camden, Enfield, Edmonton out to Home Counties).

Properties are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.

Experienced Vinyl Floor Layer with Carpentry

skills:

The role is to -
Carry out property repairs and maintenance works

social housing
Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job

Requirements for Job:
Full UK driving license
Own tools
Experience of working in social housing ideally
DBS certificate or willing to apply

Hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday or Sunday in 4 required. Saturdays/Sundays are paid extra to salary at standard rate.
