We are ICE BAR London, we opened our doors here 15 yrs ago and have been still going strong, we have three main areas to our extensive offering at they are:

Our ICE experience that is renewed annually with new theme & sculptures, the Fire Bar, our world famous cocktail bar and our food offering, in our 'YUU Kitchen' below.

Our great team is growing so therefore we have an opportunity for a brilliant floor manager to join our young dynamic team. We are situated in the heart of Soho, just off Regent street.

We of course offer great remuneration and package for the right person. So here is what we are looking for:

a fun and approachable personality, with a can do attitude
someone with a proven track record, in a similar position so say 2 yrs
smiley & professional as you represent us to the outside world
computer literate, training provided but able to cope with the basic typing
Hospitality must be your chosen career for we are a professional outfit.
responsible, this is a grown up position and you are to mentor others and build teams
well groomed, appropriately dressed and a polite and clear phone manner
organised, attention to detail with reporting skills
an ability to get along and get the best out of people, with a sharp focus on service
