Floor Manager, Entry Luxury Fashion Brand - London

We're currently recruiting Floor Managers for a leading premium fashion retailer in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious managers who thrive in customer-facing environments, love developing people, and enjoy driving performance on the shop floor.

Working closely with the Store Director, you'll lead by example, inspire your team, and help create a best-in-class customer experience while contributing to the store's commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  


• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the customer journey
  


• Coach, support, and develop team members to reach their full potential
  


• Monitor performance and drive key commercial KPIs
  


• Ensure the highest standards of store presentation and operational excellence

Profil

• Previous management or supervisory experience within fashion, premium, or lifestyle retail
  


• Strong leadership and communication skills
  


• Commercially aware with a customer-first mindset
  


• Passionate about people, product, and performance
  


• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
