Salary - Up to £16 p/h

Experience - Previous experience as a FM in a quality restaurant
North West London neighborhood favorite Carmel Queen's Park is seeking a Floor Manager to join their team and the successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all things food and drink.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Floor Manager looking for a new role in an award winning, critically acclaimed group.

The role of Floor Manager:
Helping the senior management to lead the restaurant team during busy services

Taking every step to enhance guest experiences
Training, development and supervision of team members
Effectively handling customer queries, complaints and feedback
An integral part of the management team, with designated responsibilities

Experience at a supervisory level within a similar hospitality setting

Superior levels of product knowledge

The Berber & Q Food Group is currently made up of three London-based restaurants. Our journey began back in 2015 with our fire and smoke shop, Berber & Q Grill House in Haggerston, closely followed by Shawarma Bar, our rotisserie and mezze joint nestled on Exmouth Market. Our most recent venture has led us West, bringing Eastern Mediterranean flavours to the Queens Park neighborhood with Carmel.
Our menus take inspiration from pretty much anywhere we can find it, but with a bias towards the ingredients and flavours of the Middle East, North Africa and across the Ottoman. We favour vegetables as much as meat and fish, we like our wines natural and our cocktails with a kick.
We cook over live fire because it makes food taste better. We love simple, honest cooking with loud colours and big, bold flavours. This also comes across in our laid-back hospitality and our unique atmospheric settings, both of which will welcome you when you open our doors.
