We have several exciting opportunities available for experienced flooring professionals at different levels, from Site Managers through to experienced Contracts Managers and Project Managers.

Current Opportunities Include:

Flooring Contracts Managers – Overseeing multiple projects, managing client relationships, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Flooring Project Managers – Taking responsibility for flooring projects from initial planning through to completion, managing programmes, budgets, quality and site operations.

*

Flooring Site Managers – Managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating installation teams, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within the flooring industry, ideally in a supervisory, site management, project management or contracts management capacity.

*

Strong knowledge of flooring installations, materials, processes and project delivery.

*

Experience coordinating site teams, subcontractors and project programmes.

*

Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

*

The ability to build relationships with clients and manage expectations.

*

A commercially aware approach to delivering projects.

*

A proactive attitude and genuine ambition to develop professionally.

Experience across commercial flooring, vinyl, carpet, LVT, safety flooring, resin, screeding or other specialist flooring systems would be advantageous, depending on the position.

Salary & Benefits

£50,000 – £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, responsibilities and the specific opportunity.
