Flow Management Supervisor Drainage - Days & Nights

We are looking for Flow Management Supervisors to lead the team of HGV Tanker Drivers who work across the Region. You will be responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out efficiently in line the Thames Contract. The work incorporates tankering various non-hazardous liquids from sites to disposal facilities across the regions. Your work will involve attending site alongside the tanker drivers.

Hours: 4 days on 4 days off – days and nights

Overtime: 1.25x (only on off days)

Salary:  £18 - £22 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities - but not limited to:

• Responsible for attending site call outs alongside the tanker drivers as requested by the planning team - Supporting engineers in the field and keeping clients up to date.


• Site set up and site stand down as well as housekeeping.  

• Ensure all engineers are compliant with PPE & Company policy's standards  

• Ensuring the engineers are fully compliant and competent to carry out the role

• Making sure audits have been completed and training / records are in place for engineers 

• Basic vehicle maintenance & stock and taking deliveries and off-hiring equipment 

• Ensure tachographs are used in the correct manner for each driver before leaving the site and that compliance with the vehicle tracking system (samsara) is adhered to.

• Health & Saftey onsite   

• Planning breaks on 12hrs or 24hrs drivers, dealing with driver issues / staffing  

• To carry out any reasonable ad hoc request by Management
