FLT Counterbalance Driver

Location: Pershore, WR10
Hours: Monday to Friday, 17:00 – 00:00
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £27,310 per annum, paid weekly
Start Date: Immediate start available

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy transport and warehouse operation based in Pershore.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable, full-time work and the chance to secure a permanent position with an established company.

Key Responsibilities:
Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving stock around the warehouse and loading areas
Supporting transhipment operations
Working within the canopy/loading area
Stock movement and replenishment
Supporting goods-in and dispatch activities
General warehouse duties as required
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
Supporting the wider warehouse and transport team during busy periods

Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance FLT licence refreshed within the last 5 years
Previous warehouse experience
Experience loading and unloading vehicles
Ability to work confidently within a busy, fast-paced operation
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Comfortable working the 17:00 – 00:00 shift
Previous transhipment and/or canopy FLT experience is highly desirable
