Flt Counterbalance Driver

FT Recruitment are hiring an FLT Counterbalance Driver and become a vital part of our warehouse operations! Responsibilities

* Safely operate a forklift with counterbalance capabilities to move materials across the warehouse

* Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of all goods

* Use warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records accurately

* Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic repairs or notify maintenance for mechanical issues

* Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipments against documentation

* Handle materials carefully, adhering to safety protocols for heavy lifting and storage

* Support warehouse organization by maintaining clean, safe, and orderly work areas

Experience

* Proven experience operating forklift trucks, specifically counterbalance models

* Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory tracking software

* Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment repair and troubleshooting

* Strong materials handling skills with an emphasis on safety during heavy lifting

* Previous warehouse experience preferred, including shipping & receiving tasks

* Ability to perform basic math calculations related to inventory counts and measurements

* Knowledge of safety standards related to forklift operation and warehouse procedures

Job Details:

* Monday-Friday

* weekly pay

* on going work for a large logistics company

* afternoon shifts 1:30pm-10pm( STRETTON AREA)

* 5am-5pm

* 5pm-5am
