Key Responsibilities

* Operate a forklift truck safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload goods

* Assist with the receipt, storage, and dispatch of stock

* Load and unload vehicles, ensuring goods are handled with care

* Move stock around the warehouse and place goods in the correct storage locations

* Carry out routine equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance issues

* Maintain accurate stock movements and support general warehouse duties as required

* Follow all health and safety procedures, including safe manual handling practices

* Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and free from hazards

* Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily operational targets

Requirements

* Previous experience working as an FLT Driver within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment

* A valid, in-date FLT licence relevant to the equipment being used

* Experience operating a forklift safely and confidently

* Good understanding of warehouse health and safety procedures

* Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle goods accurately

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a busy team

* Flexible and willing to assist with general warehouse duties when required
