FLT Counterbalance/Reach Driver

The Best Connection Group Limited are currently recruiting for a client in Sandbach. They are looking for an experienced FLT driver. This position has an immediate start, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Forklift Truck Driver looking for stable, Monday to Friday work with a competitive hourly rate of £13.50.

£13.50 per hourAs an FLT Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating a counterbalance or reach forklift truck to load vehicles and support daily warehouse and loading operations. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as loading instructions and vehicle requirements can change frequently.

Job Responsibilities:

Operating an FLT Counterbalance or Reach forklift truck safely and efficiently.
Loading and unloading vehicles in accordance with detailed loading instructions.
Ensuring goods are loaded correctly, securely and safely.
Following written and verbal instructions and adapting to frequent changes in loading requirements.
Communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Supporting warehouse operations and maintaining a safe working environment.
Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed.FLT Counterbalance & Reach Driver Requirements

Hold a valid FLT Counterbalance or Reach licence.
Have good English communication skills to understand detailed loading instructions and frequent operational changes.
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality and good attention to detail.
