Now Hiring: Counterbalance FLT Driver (with Groupage & Freight Forwarding Experience)
Location: Stanford-le-Hope
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Rotating Shifts (Early & Late) or Set Shift (09:00 - 18:00)
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp to Perm

Are you an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver with a background in groupage and freight forwarding? We’re looking for a reliable and skilled individual to join our busy logistics team in Stanford-le-Hope. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic warehouse operation that specializes in efficient and accurate freight handling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Counterbalance FLT equipment
• Load and unload groupage freight and full trailer loads
• Handle palletized goods and organize freight by destination
• Accurately check and process incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain clear records and follow warehouse procedures
• Adhere strictly to health & safety and compliance regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT license (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
• Proven experience working in freight forwarding or groupage environments
• Strong understanding of warehouse procedures and freight documentation
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
