FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative

Industrious Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy and well-established production manufacturing environment in Milton Keynes.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position, with the potential to secure a permanent role.

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual who is confident operating a Counterbalance forklift and is happy to get involved in the day-to-day running of a busy manufacturing and production facility.

The Role:

*

Operating a Counterbalance forklift to load and unload incoming and outgoing vehicles.

*

Changing and handling bales within the production environment.

*

Tying and securing bales ready for collection or processing.

*

Using the VNA truck to move and put stock away in designated storage areas.

*

Replenishing stock on the shop floor to ensure the production team have everything they need.

*

Supporting the smooth running of the warehouse and production operation.

*

Carrying out general warehouse duties when required.

What We're Looking For:

*

A valid, in-date and accredited Counterbalance FLT licence – essential.

*

Previous, confident Counterbalance driving experience.

*

Experience operating VNA and PPT equipment is essential

*

Candidates with VNA and PPT experience will be considered, with further on-site certified training available where required.

*

A good attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in.

*

Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
