FLT Nights Supervisor

We are currently looking for a proactive and hands-on Night Operations Supervisor with Forklift Truck (FLT) experience to lead our warehouse operations during the overnight shift.

The Role

As Night Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth running of all overnight warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and high standards are maintained at all times.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising and coordinating overnight shift operations
Reporting any operational issues to senior management
Allocating delivery runs when required (full systems training provided)
Safely operating forklift trucks to move palletised goods across the site
Loading and unloading vehicles in line with company procedures and schedules
Accurately scanning freight to meet network deadlines
Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Supporting general warehouse duties as needed

About You

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards in a busy warehouse setting.

Flexible and reliable
Experienced with FLT operations (Counterbalance licence desirable, but training can be provided)
IT literate and comfortable using warehouse systems
A strong communicator, able to work effectively with a range of colleagues
Detail-focused with a high level of accuracy
Comfortable working to tight deadlines
Trustworthy and dependable
