Job Description

Russell Taylor Group are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Operative to join a busy warehouse operation in Knowsley.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Operative looking for ongoing work with the potential to secure a permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations through the safe movement, loading, and storage of stock.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently

* Loading and unloading deliveries

* Moving stock throughout the warehouse and storage areas

* Putting stock away in designated locations

* Preparing orders for dispatch

* Assisting with goods-in and goods-out processes

* Carrying out stock checks when required

* General warehouse duties and housekeeping

* Following all health and safety procedures

Candidate Requirements

* Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB, ITSSAR, AITT or equivalent)

* Previous experience operating a Counterbalance FLT in a warehouse environment

* Good understanding of warehouse processes

* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Strong awareness of health and safety practices
