Job Title - FLT Operator
Location - Rochester, Kent
Salary: £25,382
Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm / 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Job Role of the FLT Operator.

A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced FLT Operator to join a stable and well-established manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled forklift driver looking to develop their career within a fast-paced production and warehouse environment, playing a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials and finished products throughout the manufacturing process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for transferring raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently, supporting production operations, maintaining warehouse organisation, and ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety standards.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the FLT Operator.

Counterbalance Forklift Licence 

Desireable Requirements for the FLT Operator.

Experience working within the UK food manufacturing sector.

Knowledge of stock rotation practices such as FIFO and FEFO.

Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and BRC standards.

Experience using warehouse management systems.
