Our client, a growing business within the manufacturing and packaging sector, is seeking a reliable and motivated FLT Operator to join their warehouse team and support the efficient movement of materials and finished goods.

The Role

As an FLT Operator, you will be responsible for supporting both Goods In and Finished Goods activities, ensuring products and materials are handled safely, accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

* Receiving, checking and storing inbound deliveries.

* Operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.

* Moving, organising and maintaining stock within the warehouse.

* Preparing finished goods for dispatch, including labelling and packaging.

* Loading vehicles while maintaining product quality standards.

* Maintaining accurate inventory records and adhering to health, safety and quality procedures.

What We're Looking For

* Previous experience as an FLT Operator or within a warehouse/manufacturing environment.

* Current or previous forklift experience.

* Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

* A positive, team-focused approach to work.

* Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and housekeeping.
