Counterbalance Forklift Driver

£14.49 per hour | Monday-Friday | Start Date: Monday 9th November

We are currently recruiting for two experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy outdoor logistics operation based in Northfleet.

This is a temporary assignment expected to last 2-6 months (duration to be confirmed), offering stable weekday hours initially, with the opportunity for additional hours as the business enters its busiest period.

The Role

Loading and unloading vehicles
Moving and stacking products safely using a Counterbalance FLT
Working within an outdoor yard environment
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
Supporting the wider operation during peak periods
Additional yard duties as required

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
08:00 - 16:00
Flexibility required as hours are expected to increase during busy periods
Future overtime opportunities available

What We're Looking For

Valid external Counterbalance Forklift Licence
Previous Counterbalance FLT experience
Reliable and committed approach to work
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (FLTs have fully enclosed cabs)
Ability to work flexibly when additional hours are required
Access to a car is desirable, although the site is also accessible via a short walk from Northfleet Train Station
