REACH TRUCK DRIVERS
ROTATING DAY SHIFTS – (06.00am – 14.00pm / 14.00pm – 22.00pm)

We are looking for determined and accomplished individuals to join our teams on-site in Lichfield for GXO, on behalf of our customer Screwfix, working in a busy Warehouse environment, working on the Reach Truck.
You'll deliver KPI's both productively and accurately to ensure we deliver a seamless journey for our customer whilst maintaining a high level of Health & Safety within the Warehouse Operation.

About you:

Must have previous experience/Licence for Reach FLT 
Working independently and as part of a team to achieve KPI’s and targets effectively
To understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service
Worked in a fast-paced environment where a high-volume workload must be achieved
Can show initiative and provide solutions to their team to work more effectivelyResponsibilities:

Ensure that you meet KPI’s as set by Line Managers 
Timekeeping; Ensure punctuality / attendance and meet deadlines
Along with driving the FLT, you may be working on the  Low Level Order Pickers (LLOP / PPT’s) Full training / licences will be provided
Manual handling / lifting of boxes of upto 25kg
