FLT / Extrusion Operative - Temp to Perm

£12.94 per hour

7PM to 7AM - 12 hour nights 

Our client is a family-run business based in Manchester and is currently recruiting FLT / Extrusion Operatives. All roles are ongoing with genuine temp-to-perm opportunities for the right candidates.

The Role

You will be working within a fast-moving plastics manufacturing environment, operating extrusion machinery and FLT duties where required. The environment can be hot and noisy, and strict adherence to health and safety procedures is essential.

Key Requirements

Good level of physical fitness

FLT Counterbalance licence essential

Experience in plastics manufacturing / extrusion

Comfortable working in a hot, noisy, fast-paced environment

Good understanding of health & safety

Strong English and maths skills, both written and spoken

Reliable and flexible to work 12-hour shifts

Pay & Benefits

£12.94 per hour

Paid for the full 12-hour shift - no break deductions

All breaks are fully paid
