Fluent Italian/Spanish speaking Team Assistant/PA - Investment firm - London - £50k - £55k

Highly successful Real Estate Investment firm headquartered in beautiful offices in central London are currently looking for an exceptional multi-lingual Team Assistant/PA fluent in ideally both Italian and Spanish (or at least one language). You will join a truly diverse, multi-cultural team with a global client base focussing on high end commercial property investments. Offices are based in London with 30 staff and Luxembourg with 10 staff.

As Team Assistant/PA you will provide extensive business support duties to two Managing Directors and 11 in the UK Investment Team who are all sociable, friendly and professional, they regularly host staff events including annual ski trips!! You will be based in the office 5 days, hours are 9am - 5:30pm but flexible if required. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, highly organised, client driven Team Assistant/PA who would love to join a thriving investment business and progress longer term in their career. We are looking for both a permanent individual and also temporary candidate in the interim who may be recruited permanently based on performance.

Ideal candidate:

• 3 years minimum experience as a Team Assistant/PA
• Ideally Finance/corporate experience
• Multi-lingual fluent in ideally both Italian and Spanish (or at least one language)
• Proactive, professional and confident liaising with HNWCs and investment professionals
• Intermediate / Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)

Duties:

• Extensive diary management
• Arranging travel both UK and international
• Scheduling meetings, prepping meeting rooms
• Creating presentations and reports prior to investor meetings
• Managing expenses and finance admin support
• Organising client and team events
