Fluent Mandarin Loans Operations

Our client a global institution urgently requires a fluent Mandarin speaker who also has written Chinese with experience in Loans. The ideal candidate would have a knowledge of loans and worked in a processing role previously for a financial institution like a Bank, brokers, hedge fund. . Duties include:

* Set up, amend, and monitor facilities in the bank’s system.

* Verify that facilities documents comply with terms, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

* Generate and maintain reports for loans administration to different parties

* Assist in monitoring covenant requirements and ensure the fulfilment of approval conditions.

* Assist and support project related or process improvement tasks.

* Provide administrative support to the department.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

* 3+ years’ experience in Loans or legal documentation

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.

* Legal academic background or related working experience will be an advantage.

* Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in written and numerical tasks.

* Proficiency in Excel (including formulas and pivot table) is highly beneficial.

* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
