FM Data Transformation Lead

Contract | Hybrid - in Stevenage, Bristol or Bolton | £70 per hour Inside IR35

We are looking for an experienced FM Data Transformation Lead to lead a major data and reporting transformation programme within a large Facilities Management function.
This role will focus on bringing together multiple data sources, reports and KPIs into a single, trusted reporting framework. You'll work closely with FM leadership, operational teams and technical stakeholders to improve data quality, standardise reporting and drive better decision-making across the business.

What you'll be doing

Leading a business-critical FM data and reporting transformation programme
Reviewing and rationalising existing reports, dashboards and KPIs
Establishing data governance, ownership and data quality standards
Defining KPI frameworks and performance reporting standards
Working with technical teams to improve data flows, integrations and reporting capability
Delivering Power BI dashboards and management reporting solutions
Facilitating workshops with stakeholders across FM, Property and Estates functions
Managing UAT, business adoption and transition into BAU

What we're looking for

Proven experience leading data, reporting or BI transformation programmes
Strong Power BI, reporting and analytics background
Experience of data governance, data quality and KPI standardisation
Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
Ability to translate business requirements into practical reporting solutions
