We are currently recruiting for FM Electricians to join a growing facilities management team on a permanent basis, covering contracts across the North West.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced electrician looking for a secure permanent position, with door-to-door travel paid, a company van provided, and the opportunity to work across a variety of commercial FM contracts.

The Role

* Carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across FM contracts

* Attending various commercial sites across the North West

* Fault finding, testing and general electrical maintenance

* Completing PPM and reactive maintenance works

* Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard

* Participating in the on-call rota when required

* Working as part of a wider FM maintenance team

What We're Looking For

* Qualified Electrician with relevant electrical qualifications

* Previous experience within Facilities Management / Commercial Maintenance

* Strong fault-finding and electrical maintenance skills

* Full UK driving licence

* Comfortable travelling across the North West

* Willingness to participate in an on-call rota

* Good communication and customer service skills
