The initial contract is 3 months, but they would be open for the temp to perm option if both parties are happy to do so. You will be mainly doing site visits and will be provided with a company car/van and will get a fuel card to go with it.

This Local Authority based in Southwest London are looking for someone to come in as an FM Technical Services Manager. You will be responsible for managing Maintenance services, Compliance and Project Delivery. Looking after the day to day management of statutory compliance, planned preventative, reactive maintenance and building compliance across the councils estate.
