As a Front of House Sales Advisor, you'll be the first face our customers see and the key to their experience being exceptional. This isn’t just about answering phones or greeting visitors you’ll be the go-to for helping customers navigate their purchase or service journey, providing advice, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00 AM 5:30 PM

Key Duties

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers, both in person and over the phone.

• Guiding customers through sales and service processes.

• Building rapport with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions.

• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.

• Keeping the front-of-house area organised and professional at all times.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a sales or automotive environment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with a variety of customers.

• A proactive, can-do attitude and a talent for problem-solving.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• A genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry is a bonus!
