We can’t wait to open our first UK hotel outside of London…and where better than the characterful capital of Scotland, Edinburgh. We're looking for the city's best to join our team. But here's the twist - we’re skipping the formalities. No interviews. No suits. No pressure. Just come along to one of our Hoxton career sessions, take part, and see if we vibe.

We are now have a variety of Food & Beverage vacancies available - Waiter, Bartender and Hosts to join our team and play a crucial part in successfully launching our brand in this new neighbourhood. 

Dates available - Thursday 10th April, Wednesday 16th April, Monday 21st April or Sunday 27th April.
