The role

As a Food & Beverage Assistant you will be working with the team to deliver a professional and thoughtful experience, having an understanding of the menu, ability to share our story and ensuring attention to detail at each guest interaction.

Responsibilities

- A key member of the Food and Beverage team, assisting with Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner service.

- Assist in the set up of daily services and cleaning tasks.

- Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and timely manner.

- Assist with the delivery and clearing of food and drinks.

- Communicating clearly with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth experience.

- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times.

- Demonstrating hospitality skills to provide exceptional service.

- Opportunities to upsell menu items and offer personalised recommendations.
