Breakfast Food and Beverage Supervisor – Clayton Hotel Leeds (Shift time 05:15am-2pm)
We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Breakfast Food and Beverage Supervisor in the excellent Clayton Hotel Leeds.
You will be joining a well established and forward thinking motivated team, in the largest Hotel in Yorkshire. With 334 bedrooms and 9 Meeting Rooms with the capacity to serve over 700 guests for breakfast and 400 for Lunch you will always be kept busy.
Objective of the Role
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Breakfast F&B Supervisor will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise your breakfast team during the breakfast service.
Supervising the Bar area & Team where required
Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
Ensure a good working knowledge of our food offerings. Be able to make recommendations.
Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.
Supervising the day to day running of the Conference Team
Requirements:
Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is desired but not essential.
Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Micros Experience would be preferable.
