What's involved?

As Food & Beverage Manager, you are responsible for managing operations of across three F&B outlets to deliver an excellent experience. You will also be required to manage, train, and develop team members while working within budgeted guidelines.

Compliance of brand standards is a key requirement of our client along side...

• Set targets and objectives, work schedules, budgets, and policies and procedures
• Develop menus with other members of Food and Beverage team
• Accountable for monthly stock takes
• Run incentives for team members to maximise sales and revenue
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
• Be environmentally aware
