As Food and Beverage Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations across restaurant, bar and function spaces, ensuring high standards throughout. You will:

Lead restaurant, bar and event service operations
Manage bookings, stock control, cashing up and company procedures
Ensure all functions are delivered to agreed standards
Act as the key contact for customers, clients and event organisers
Handle complaints professionally and resolve issues quickly
Support team training, compliance and daily operational standards
