About the Role 
We are looking for a passionate and driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and enjoys being fully involved in the day-to-day operation.

This is not a corporate, desk-based position — we want a natural leader who builds strong relationships with their team and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Key Responsibilities 

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing Food & Beverage team

Take a hands-on approach to service, supporting the team during busy periods

Drive high standards across all service areas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences

Build a positive, collaborative culture as a strong team player

Manage staffing, rotas, training, and performance

Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Work closely with senior management to drive revenue and operational success

Requirements 

Proven experience in a Food & Beverage Manager or senior supervisory role

A natural leader with experience leading teams effectively

A hands-on management style with a passion for being present on the floor

Strong team player with the ability to inspire and motivate others

A proactive and flexible approach to work

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Hospitality-driven mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction
