£ 43,000 per year + Service Charge + Bonus. 45 hours per week, Mon – Sun, 2 Days off. Full- time, Permanent Manage effectively a 100 seats cocktail bar; 80 seats fine dining restaurant; organising meeting and events up to 250 people. · Direct and oversee all F&B operations across the hotel, from the daily operations to big events such as corporate meetings or weddings. · Lead and support the Food and Beverage team. Recruit, train and develop your Team will be one of your main duties. · Ensure that the highest levels of customer service are in place, make sure that all the staff follow the customer service training guidelines. · Manage guest queries and complaint patiently. · Evaluate guest satisfaction levels, focusing on constant improvement. Tripadvisor
or
Revinate. · Follow the budgeted guidelines about Food, Beverage, and Payrolls and liaise with Finance department to generate forecast. · Accountable for monthly stock takes. · Liaise with other department to ensure the smooth running of events and to develop new menus and procedures. The Ideal Candidate: · Have previous experience as F&B Manager within hotels. · Have deep knowledge about Food Hygiene and all the Health and Safety legislation. · Great knowledge about Food and Wines. · Excellent organizational skills and ability to find solutions. · Is truly passionate about customer service.
