Food & Beverage Manager - Sports Stadia

Requirements

• Ensure Food and Beverage teams are communicating and working together to provide a seamless experience for fans
  
• Oversee working practices to ensure safety standards in food preparation are maintained, ensuring staff are appropriately trained
  
• Recruit and book staff for matchday and non -matchday events, seeking feedback on staff performance and acting on feedback. Ensure HR and recruitment policies and processes are adhered to
  
• Seek and act on feedback relating to quality of food and drink provision
  
• Working within budget and look for ways to improve quality and save money
  
• Responsible for Health & Safety within food and beverage areas of responsibility
  
• Stock management, ensuring stock wastage is kept to a minimum. Provide wastage reports
  
• Maintain relations with members of the local community, the police and liquor licensing authorities
  
• Review and report on the service and offering, making continual improvements
