Location: St Andrews
Pay: Depending on Experience
Contract: Permanent
Shifts: Typically, 9am to 5pm, however evening work as and when required.

Your duties as a Food & Beverage Operations Manager will include…

• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and F&B sales incentives.
• Maintain and exceed service standards on all shifts.
• Respond to guest needs and resolve service issues.
• Manage stock control, ordering, and expense tracking.
• Support recruitment in collaboration with Talent & Culture.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor payroll, oversee P&L reporting, and assist with forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and workplace safety procedures.

What we are looking for in a Food & Beverage Operations Manager …

• Previous experience in a similar role within a five-star hotel preferred.
• Strong service focus with proven leadership experience.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Team-oriented with a high-performance mindset.
