Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Specialist at Louma Farm and Retreat in Bridport. The Food and Beverage Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with food service and customer service. They will ensure quality food and beverage experiences for our guests and provide excellent communication and culinary skills.

Qualifications
Food Service and Food & Beverage experience in a 5 Star environment
Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills
Comprehensive knowledge of culinary and beverage aspects of hospitality business
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and organization
Food safety and hygiene certifications, and WSET 2 are a plus
Keen to be flexible and get involved in other aspects of the operation
Working weekends, as well as early mornings and evening shifts
