Ready to shake things up? Chill#08 isn’t your typical café bar, we’re the local social hub in Canning Town, known for our laid-back vibe, killer cocktails, and top-notch service. Now, we’re looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who’s got the passion, leadership chops, and energy to help us take it to the next level.

- You’ll lead the floor with confidence during service, acting as the go-to person for both the team and our guests.

- You’ll support the F&B Manager with stock management, rota planning, and keeping daily operations smooth.

- You'll ensure high standards at all times, from cleanliness to customer experience.

- You’ll train, motivate and mentor the team to deliver brilliant service every day.

- You’ll handle guest feedback with care, turning “okay” into “amazing.”

Experience in a supervisory or team leader role in hospitality.

A hands-on, guest-first approach and a love for delivering great service.

Confident communication and leadership skills.

A passion for food, drinks, and creating memorable moments.

A calm problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
