Food & Beverage Supervisor

My client, a hotel located near Evesham is looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Supervisor on a Permanent basis (Live-in is available)

You will work alongside the other department managers to assist in delivering a first class service to the Hotel guests by managing your team to the highest standards possible.

The main responsibilities for your role will include

- Ensure the efficient and profitable operations of the food and beverage departments
- Understand and assist with achieving budget and forecasts throughout F & B
- Monitor rotas to ensure correct staffing levels
- create a suitable working environment for staff to be motivated
- Assist with staff training and attend departmental meetings
- minimized all forms of waste and maximise all selling opportunities

The salary on offer is up to £32,000 plus tips
