This beautiful hotel sits in 240 acres of picturesque parkland, an equestrian centre, polo fields, kids club and plenty of outdoor pursuits, this hotel has more than enough to keep even the most active guest entertained. The restaurant was proudly awarded the Michelin star of excellence and showcases a modern outlook on classic British dishes with stunning views across the terrace.

For a more relaxed and rustic dinning experience where muddy boots are most welcome then there is also a 2AA Rosette restaurant which offers a delicious brasserie style menu of comfort food in an informal setting.

Working as a Food & Beverage Supervisor

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor you are responsible for the smooth running of shift, create and maintain a team environment and to motivate and train team members, direct and support the team in their daily responsibilities during service. Ensure that that all restaurant documentation is accurate, clean and available at all times. To have a high level of presence within the restaurant and to be confident in communicating with guests to ensure that their expectations are met and exceeded and to deputise in the absence of a manager and to be responsible for closing the restaurant at the end of the evening.
