What You Can Expect

• Support in leading, mentoring, and training the Food & Beverage operations team
• Monitor daily operations, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure brand standards are consistently met
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
• Lead by example to ensure smooth and efficient shifts while managing multiple priorities
• Oversee daily and weekly compliance checks
• Manage weekly food and beverage ordering
• Ensure cellars, storage areas, and fridges are kept clean, organised, and well-maintained

What We’re Looking For

• Previous supervisory experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is preferred
• Open-minded attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges
• Eager to learn and develop professionally
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Empathetic, approachable, and supportive with both guests and colleagues
• Ability to remain organised and calm in a fast-paced environment

Your experience and skills include:

Service focused personality is essential and a passion for everything food and beverage

Previous experience in a similar leadership role is an asset

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
