As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll support the smooth running of the operation while leading the team and maintaining consistently high standards.
Supervise the F&B team across the operation, ensuring excellent service and developing team standards. Support stock control, financial procedures and the efficient use of resources. Implement SOPs and help ensure consistent standards across the operation. Lead team training to develop technical skills and deliver a consistently high level of service. Drive upselling across food, beverage, activities, experiences and events to support revenue and profitability.What we're looking for
You'll ideally have at least two years' experience within a luxury or high-end hotel or restaurant, with the confidence to lead by example.
Minimum two years' experience within a luxury or high-end hotel or restaurant. Experienced with Point-of-Sale systems and comfortable with operational procedures. Reliable, proactive and eager to learn, with a genuine commitment to high standards. Organised, calm under pressure and attentive to detail. A confident communicator and positive team player who is flexible and able to work evenings, weekends and busy periods.Due to the rural location, your own transport is essential. The role is based in Bridport and includes evening and weekend working.
